Crestview Basketball followed by the Cleveland Cavs

Both our Boys and Girls basketball teams will play on an NBA floor before a Cleveland Cavs Game at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland. 

Girls 12-11-21 @ 3:00 PM  vs Brookfield

Boys 12-15-21 @ 3:00 PM vs Heartland Christian

Tickets Start at $10.00. Your ticket is good for both games.

Crestview families,

We would like to offer you the opportunity to receive extra help for the holidays via generous donors within the Crestview 4C’s and Heroes for Halos. Information from the 4C's regarding eligibility is attached. If you are in need, please print and complete a form for each child in your household and return to school, or you may complete an electronic form (one for each child). This information will be shared with the 4C's or Heroes and Halos, and they will coordinate with you directly regarding gift pick-up.

Crestview High School Community Service Forms

Crestview High School Community Service 

Students at Crestview High School are encouraged to complete 25 hours of community service hours each year, for a total of at least 100 at the time of graduation. By doing so, students can earn 1/4 of a credit each year totaling 1 credit community service on their transcripts upon graduation.

We have put the form online for your convenience. The form should be filled out entirely with no fields left blank.
