High School and Middle School Parent Teacher Conference Night

Conference night will be held on, Thursday, October 12th from 1-7 PM. There will be a dinner break for the teachers from 5:00-5:30 PM.

To schedule a conference with a Crestview High School teacher, please fill out the attached Google Form by Tuesday, October 10th with a preferred time that you would like to attend and the teacher(s) that you would like to meet with.

The following are meeting times for any interested high school students

1 p.m. Seniors are asked to stay for a very important Financial Aid meeting

4 pm Parents of seniors are invited to a Financial Aid informational meeting. (Parents can attend the time that works for them.)

5 pm Required CCP information meeting about CCPin the 2023-2024 school year 

All meetings are held in the PAC.

State Report Cards

Crestview Local Schools recently received a 4 star rating from the Ohio Department of Education in the annual state report card ratings. A 4 star rating means as a district, we are "exceeding state standards." 

Components such as gradation rates, early literacy, student progress and gap closing make up each districts scores.

Crestview High School Community Service Forms

Crestview High School Community Service 

Students at Crestview High School are encouraged to complete 25 hours of community service hours each year, for a total of at least 100 at the time of graduation. By doing so, students can earn 1/4 of a credit each year totaling 1 credit community service on their transcripts upon graduation.

We have put the form online for your convenience. The form should be filled out entirely with no fields left blank.
