Search Institute Attitudes and Behaviors Survey

During the week of March 15, your 7th, 9th, and/or 10th graders will have the opportunity to participate in the Search Institute’s Attitudes and Behaviors Survey. Crestview has participated in this survey for nearly 20 years, as it provides an opportunity for our district to value student voice in decision-making surrounding social-emotional programming and student resources. This information is heavily considered in Crestview’s 5 Year Strategic Plan. The survey is anonymous, and it is your choice if your child participates, or not. In the coming weeks, a passive consent form will be sent home with your student. If you do not wish for your child to take the survey, send the form back. If you DO wish for your child to take part in the survey, you do not need to do anything. Students learning remotely will be emailed the form- please check your child’s email. The survey is posted on the Crestview Rebels website for your review to help you make an informed decision about your student’s participation.
